Questek Customer Care provides a range of support and maintenance options.

We have introduced a number of maintenance contracts for large companies. These options range from on-site 24/7/365 support to return-to-workshop repairs during regular office hours. These contracts offer annual or monthly payment options.
Companies, needing only occasional support can opt for a ‘pay-as-you-go’ scheme which is tailored to the individual company's requirements.
Where required and where possible, QCC offers telephonic, email and dial-in remote diagnostic support. This often dovetails with the technical support offered by our international suppliers.
